Domespace house is not the level of contact with the ground, but two sets of co-concave structure, such as bivalves, the upper part of the concave space of the main residential area, the bottom of the concave is water pipes and a central vacuum system, control center , made of special wear-resistant material movement is connected with the housing body.

Domespace house prototype designers and builders are French Patrick Marsilli, from the age of 14 he started with this idea, it has been engaged in how to implement it, after years of unremitting efforts to overcome numerous difficulties, domespace house in his eyes become more simple and practical, he described the imaging of this process the solution of Einstein equations – the process can be very complex, the final equation of the equation is so simple.
Facade wrapped a layer of white metal panels, the irregular separation of body mass and the street, back to free up a parking area, you can also park two cars. Street facade designed a series of small square windows, and some have been through the skylight to the roof to form unique.

Increasingly fast pace of modern life, the pressure is getting bigger. Therefore, we must learn how to relieve the pressure, gardening is actually a good decompression method.

Between being constantly bombarded by bleak economic reports and other seemingly endless tragic stories on the news, living happily day to day can become increasingly difficult. Finding an interest such as gardening that you can delve into can literally mean the difference between waking up stressed out to falling asleep relaxed and exhausted, a perfect combination for a good night’s sleep.

“I think basically anything that you enjoy doing reduces stress,” said licensed clinical social worker Robin Canter. In her psychotherapy practice in Wilton, Canter works with adolescents, adults and families dealing with depression, anxiety and court
mandated anger management.

“So whether it’s gardening or just being outside, or doing a handy craft, anything that you enjoy doing is useful for stress reduction.”

Gardening has a variety of levels that contribute to a feeling of well being and accomplishment. Mainly, gardening takes work. Whether you are planting an entire acre of crops or simply have a couple pots of tomato plants on the patio, the time and tending to that garden’s require can help override obsessive, useless thoughts. Focusing on deadheading petunias can give an overworked brain just what it needs to relax and slow down. And looking at a beautiful flower or succulent vegetable helps elevate mood in itself.

“Well you could even go so far as to say that when gardening, people are moving their body, digging in the dirt and working up a sweat,” added Canter, “and any form of exercise is good for stress reduction.”

Canter explained that exercise causes chemical changes within the body which in turn improves mood.

A group of pioneers, came to the door in the dark; spangle the gift of the tree, but also with the cool dew. wanderer who quietly entered the room, the threshold has become a rock hard; crystal clear light to illuminate a table of bread and wine. “poet Latour’s” winter twilight, “fuzzy holy places of vulgar material out of the boundaries, puts their mind wandering saint, echoed in the bell of vespers, the step into the house is also walking in the dark Juju finally return to the Holy Land. In the Bible, the church actually has a concept of home, for heaven’s hope with a strong nostalgia. Thus for the understanding of religious buildings, not necessarily with the traditional view that the solemn and mysterious, it can be friendly, neighbor or even warm, bring love and wandering away from home comfort, it can have a strong sense of living. Heidegger that “there is a way you and I, our human existence on earth the way, is to live.” Residence itself is a meaningful life, which include daily life, their existence is also directed at the soul and beliefs.

Hailfingen town center design of the chapel is the starting point for the local rural residential areas by extracting the type to define a new architectural form. This design approach is regional, but also the application of typological thinking. Germany? Quincy
had to type the words and patterns, patterns, molds, patterns, etc. to be distinguished: “type the word represents total to copy or imitate a thing of desire, rather than the same image. Image itself should be a rule or pattern is so that people will not say (or at
least should not say) to complete the sculpture according to the sample or the type of picture composition played a role, but when a fragment, a sketch, a master of ideas or vague descriptions of more or less in an artist’s intention in giving work to new, people will be able to give him that type of thinking one way or another, this or that subject, this or that desire. ”

I figure many people would have the same problem concerning sleepquality at night, having trouble getting good sleep through the night (i.e. tossing, turning, waking up more than once), it seems that a peaceful night’s slumber is so hard to get. But there is a few tips which might be helpful.

Get on schedule. Your internal “biological clock”matters. Varifying your get bed time too often may get your body tired by adjusting to different routine. So try to keep the same time, for say, at 11pm, to get to sleep each night, no matter it’s weekend or not.

Be mindful of what you have eaten or drank before bed. A too full or too empty stomach would both interrupt your sleep. Keep a 3 hours time for the food to digest and avoid spicy food or spirit lifting drink like coffee or alchol.

Keep the room dark. Totally black is the best, but sometimes it’s hard to achive this. Since we many have some little light on the router or we need to light a mosquite killing light. My suggetion is cover them up with a cloth or something.

Change your sleeping position. Pick whatever position that makes your feel cosy and comfortable but just avoid totally down turn.

Exercise: Do some sort of exercise everyday may help your sleep greatly, like swiming, jogging…..

Healthy lifestyle may changed your life.
